What is better than one drink? A pitcher! For this, you’ll need ¼ cup of grated fresh ginger, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of cold water to make the ginger syrup. For the mojito, you’ll need 1 cup of blueberries, 1 lime (cut into wedges), 20-24 fresh min leaves, 4 oz. of ginger simple syrup, 4 oz. of vodka, 5 oz. of club soda, ice, and blueberries and mint leaves for garnish!
