Can I ship my order to Canada?

We currently only offer shipping within the United States of America.  Sorry no Canada order at this time.

Can I place an order by phone?

You can always give us a call and place an order with one of our experienced Customer Care Representatives. Our phone number is 888.738.3003 

Is there an order minimum?

Many Manhattan zip codes, many Westchester zip codes, and select zip codes in Brooklyn, Queens, and The Bronx have a minimum order subtotal of $49.99.

Orders to these zip codes that have a subtotal below $49.99 will be charged a $9.99 delivery fee.

Once you enter your shipping address information in full at checkout you will be able to identify if you are in our free delivery area by the shipping charge you are quoted.

Deliveries outside of Manhattan do not have a minimum order total and are delivered via UPS.

Currently, we do not offer samples of any of the products we carry. 

We do offer Variety Packs, which allow you to try an array of flavors or brands and Mini Packs, which allow you to try between 9 and 12 packs of specific beverages.

No, at this time we do not sell alcoholic beverages.

Subscription Orders

How do I place a subscription order?

Find the product you would like to subscribe to and select the "subscribe to this product" option.

You will then be prompted to select the subscription frequency (everyday, weekly, bi-weekly [every 2 weeks], monthly, yearly) and subscription start date. Remember to specify the number of cases you would like to receive and then click the add to cart button. 

Once you complete your checkout your subscription order will be placed and you will receive a confirmation email.

How do I make a product a subscription after I have already added it to my cart?

From your cart click the button that looks like a pencil located underneath the subtotal and a pop up will appear.

Click on "Subscribe to this Product" and select your subscription frequency of either everyday, weekly, bi-weekly (every other week), every month or every year. 

Then specify your Subscription Start Date, which is the date you would like your subscription to begin.

You also have the option to change the quantity you would like to receive in your subscription.

Once you are satisfied with your choice click update and your subscription will update in your cart.

Then click the proceed to checkout button and you can complete your order.

Delivery & Shipping

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. We only ship to physical addresses and do not accept any orders to PO Boxes.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping outside of Manhattan, is calculated by UPS and varies by location.  In your cart you can get an estimated shipping cost.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Long Island City, NY to everywhere in the United States.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Internatially.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

From your cart click the apply discount code button located in the center underneath the products in your cart.  Type in the discount code and click the button that says apply.

From checkout screen underneath the payment options is a button that says Discount Code, click this button and type in the code and click the button that says apply.

How do I send a gift order?

Change your shipping address to the recipient’s address.

Select your shipping method.

Click the button under the shipping method that says Gift Message, then click the check box that says "This order is a gift"

Type your name in the text box that says "From Name"

Type the name of the lucky person that you are sending this gift to in the text box that says "To Name"

Add a personalized message to the recipient in the text box that says "Message"

Click the credit card button and uncheck the box that says "My billing and shipping address are the same" and enter your billing address here.  Enter your credit card information and then click place order to complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo and Paypal.

Can I get a receipt for my order?

Yes

After placing your order you will be directed to a page that will give you the option view/print your receipt.  An email reciept will be sent as well. 

You can also access your reciept from Your account by click "My Orders".

How is sales tax calculated?

Beverage Universe collects applicable state and local tax for orders in New York.

Why was I charged a bottle deposit?

In accordance with state law, certain products require Beverage Universe to collect a bottle deposit. 

If you wish recover your deposit, you can bring your empty bottles to a redemption center.

When creating an account select your account type as Corporate.

Enter your Tax Id and Company name and we will let you know as soon as you are approved.

Do you take back empty bottles and refund the bottle deposit?

We do not offer this service.

How do I reset my password if I forget it?

Click the sign in button on the top left side of the Homepage and a popup sign in menu will appear.  Click the button that says "Forgot Your Password?"  and you will be prompted to enter the email address that you registered with.

Check your email for a password reset link from Beverage Universe. If you do not see this email within 1-3 minutes check your email spam folder.

How can I update my contact information (address, email address, phone number)?

Once logged in

Click on the "My account" button

You can update your email address or change your password by clicking edit under "Contact Information" and select "Change Email" and/or "Change Password" and click save.

You can update your Billing or Shipping address under the "Address Book" section by clicking the change button.

Can I setup a Corporate Account?

When creating an account select your account type as Corporate.

Enter your Tax Id and Company name and we will let you know as soon as you are approved.

Order Cutoff Times for perishable Milk Products

Orders for milk must be placed before 2pm for next day delivery.

Orders for milk placed after 2PM on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Where do you deliver milk and perishable items?

Rewards Points

What are Beverage Bucks?

Beverage Bucks are our points for our rewards program which gives our loyal customers the opportunity to earn discounts on future orders. 

How are Beverage Bucks earned?

You will receive 1 Beverage Buck per dollar spent on all products, excluding Tax, bottle deposit, and shipping.

How do I redeem Beverage Bucks?

You must have a minimum of 500 Beverage Bucks in your account in order to use them.

Each Beverage Buck is worth $0.02

Example: 500 Beverage Bucks is equivalent to $10.00 off your order.

You can apply additional beverage bucks in any quantity above 500 so if you have 600 beverage bucks you can apply them all to your order and receive a $12.00 discount.

At checkout click "Apply Beverage Bucks" and choose the amount you would like to use.

How do I check my Beverage Bucks balance?

Under My Account select "My Reward Points" to see your balance.
