You will need:
- 2 oz., freshly-brewed espresso coffee
- 6 oz. 2% milk
- 1/2 oz. caramel syrup
Instructions:
- If you don’t have a frothing tool, fill a mason jar with milk, screw on the lid, and shake for one minute to create a foamy milk.
- Take off the lid and set aside. Heat the jar of milk, uncovered, in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the milk over the freshly-brewed espresso, scooping the extra frothy foam over the top.
- Drizzle some caramel syrup on top, adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder.
