Soda Bread
Traditionally made in a casserole dish over a fire or an iron plate placed in embers, soda bread is an Irish classic that brilliantly accompanies shepherd’s pie, tea and everything in between. All you need is all-purpose flour, a small amount of sugar and salt, buttermilk and baking soda. If you’re feeling frisky, add raisins.
