The global energy drinks market in 2020 was nearly $43 billion, projected to hit $108 billion by 2031. While you may assume teenage boys are the ones driving the market on energy drinks, it’s actually adults who comprise 46 percent of the energy drink market, as of 2020. Sparkling water is a spritzy take on the classic water beverage. While it is basically water that has been infused with carbon dioxide gas under pressure, there are many types of sparkling water, such as club soda, soda water and seltzer water. You can even get flavored versions to add an extra kick. The bubbles add a nice texture to the water while still keeping calories much lower than soda.
