You will need:

• 2 oz gin
• .75 oz fresh lemon juice
• .25 oz simple syrup
• 1 spoon apricot preserves
• Tonic water
• Lemon wedge
• Sprig of thyme

Directions:

• Add all ingredients together except the tonic into a shaker with ice.
• Shake until chilled.
• Strain over ice in a highball glass, then top with the tonic and garnish with lemon wedge or fresh sprig of thyme.

Peach Flower Power

This pretty drink is garnished with a lemon twist and edible orchid.

You will need:

• 3 oz sparkling white wine or non-alcoholic wine
• 1 oz gin
• .5 oz peach puree
• .5 oz elderflower liqueur

Directions:

• Shake all ingredients except wine over ice.

Directions:

 Directions:

 Put bananas in a blender, adding juices and lemon juice.

• Freeze in quart-size wide-mouth mason jars.
• The night before you serve the drinks, place in refrigerator to partially thaw.
• Break up the mixture, pouring into a punch bowl or pitcher.
• Mix with equal parts lemon-lime soda.
• Serve immediately.
