Frozen Apple Margarita

This refreshing frozen drink can easily be made into a mocktail when you swap the tequila for another cup of sparkling apple juice.

For this frozen apple margarita, you will need:

• Salt
• 1 lime, half
• 2 cups Sparkling Apple Juice
• 1 cup tequila 
• 2 tsp. grated lime rind
• 2 tbsp. lime juice
• 4 cups ice
• 4 slices green apple
• Lime zest

Directions:

• Place salt on a plate. Run the open lime around the rims of glasses. Dip in salt to coat.
• Add two cups apple juice, one cup tequila (or another cup of apple juice), rind, lime juice and ice in a blender; blend until smooth and then pour evenly among glasses.
• Decorate with green apple slices and lime zest.

Summer Party Punch

Here’s a fresh, fruity recipe that will keep all your guests refreshed.

You will need:

• 1 star anise
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup water
• 2 cups pineapple juice
• 1 cup cold sparkling mineral water
• Raspberries
• Blueberries
• Seedless green grapes, halved
• Seedless red grapes, halved
• 1 mango, peeled and sliced
• 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into wedges
• 1 small red apple, sliced crossways
• 1/2 cup fresh mint sprigs
• Ice cubes
• Lemon slices

Directions:

• Add star anise, sugar and water in a small saucepan, stirring over medium heat for two minutes.
• Remove from heat and add to large bowl.
• Stir in pineapple juice and mineral water.
• Place fruit, half mint and ice in a pitcher, topping with juice mixture.
• Serve with lemon slices, topping with remaining mint.
  
  

Moscow Mule Mocktail

This refreshing drink mixes non-alcoholic ginger beer, lime juice, and club soda for lots of fizzy flavor without the alcohol.

You will need:

• 1/2 cup ginger beer
• 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
• 3 tbsp. club soda

Directions:

• Mix all ingredients in a copper cup, 3/4 full of crushed ice.
• Stir and garnish with lime wedge.
• For a real Moscow Mule, replace the club soda with vodka.
